PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH CLOSES SEPTEMBER 14
In an effort to ensure exceptional long-term leadership for our esteemed and beloved School, the search committee of the Hellenic College Holy Cross Board of Trustees has made the decision to end the search for a new president on September 14, 2023, the Feast of Holy Cross. The search committee is currently reviewing the credentials of the candidates who have applied to date.
“The time to develop the pool of high-quality candidates has been essential,” said Fr. Mark Leondis, who chairs the committee. “The HCHC presidential search committee is doing an excellent job, and there is no reason to rush their work. We intend to have the most transparent process and include all HCHC stakeholders in the evaluation process.”
The presidential search committee is now expected to interview candidates in early to mid-fall and make a recommendation to the full Board later in the fall. It is expected that the new president will take office in early 2024. The search committee invites all potential applicants and the community to review the Presidential Profile at http://1fa0.dos5.net/presidential-search/
